1. Introduction

• You must be a resident of the United Kingdom
• Employees of Lucky Coast Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible
• One account per person; duplicate accounts may be suspended

3. How to Enter

3.1 Paid Entry

You may enter competitions by purchasing tickets online via our website. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods.

3.2 Free Postal Entry

As required by UK law, a free method of entry is available for all competitions. See our Free Entry page for complete instructions.

3.3 Entry Limits

There is no maximum limit on the number of entries per person unless otherwise stated in the specific competition terms.

4. Ticket Allocation & Draw Process

4.1 Ticket Numbers

Ticket numbers are assigned sequentially as tickets are sold. You cannot choose or request specific ticket numbers.

4.2 Winner Selection

All winning tickets are pre-assigned using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) before any tickets are sold. This ensures complete fairness and transparency.

4.3 Draw Types

• Instant Win: Winners are determined immediately upon purchase of the winning ticket
• Scheduled Draw: Winners are revealed at a specific date and time after ticket sales close

4.4 Equal Odds

All entries, whether paid or postal, have equal odds of winning. One ticket can win a maximum of one prize (the first matching prize by position).

5. Prizes

5.1 Prize Descriptions

Prize descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual prizes may vary slightly in specification or appearance.

5.2 Prize Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5.3 Cash Alternatives

Cash alternatives are only available where specifically stated in the competition details.

5.4 Non-Transferable

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where stated.

6. Winner Notification & Claiming

6.1 Notification

Winners will be contacted via email and phone within 24 hours of the draw. We will make reasonable efforts to contact winners using the details provided.

6.2 Response Time

Winners must respond within 28 days of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize.

6.3 Identity Verification

Winners must provide proof of identity and address before prize dispatch. We reserve the right to verify all information provided.

6.4 Prize Delivery

Physical prizes will be dispatched within 7 working days of verification. Cash prizes will be transferred within 5 working days. Delivery timescales may vary.

6.5 Publicity

Winners consent to their name and location being published for verification purposes. Full details will only be shared with explicit permission.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

7.1 No Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred, or exchanged once purchased.

7.2 Competition Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel competitions in exceptional circumstances. Full refunds will be provided if a competition is cancelled.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. By entering, you consent to us using your information for competition administration and winner notification.

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Limitation of Liability

Lucky Coast Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by entrants. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts
