How do I create an account?

You can create an account during checkout or by clicking "Sign Up" in the header. You can also enter as a guest without creating an account.

Do I need an account to enter?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your tickets, view order history, and manage winnings more easily.

How much do tickets cost?

Ticket prices vary by competition, typically £1-£5 per ticket. The price reflects the value of prizes in each pool.

Tickets & Entries

Can I choose my ticket numbers?

No, ticket numbers are assigned sequentially as they're sold. This ensures fairness and prevents number picking strategies.

Can I enter for free?

Yes! You can enter any competition by postal entry. See our Free Entry page for complete instructions.

How many tickets can I buy?

There's no maximum limit. You can buy as many tickets as you like to increase your chances of winning.

Can I cancel or refund my tickets?

No, all ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or transferred.

Draws & Winners

How are winners selected?

Winners are pre-assigned using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) before any tickets are sold. This ensures complete fairness.

What are my odds of winning?

Odds depend on total tickets in each pool. For example, a pool with 1,000 tickets and 10 prizes gives you 1 in 100 odds per ticket.

When will I know if I've won?

Instant win: Immediately upon purchase. Scheduled draws: Results published at draw date/time, winners contacted within 24 hours.

How are instant win draws fair?

Winning tickets are pre-assigned before ANY tickets are sold using certified RNG. We don't know which tickets will sell when.

Prizes & Claims

How do I claim my prize?

We'll contact you via email and phone within 24 hours to verify your details and arrange delivery or transfer.

How long do I have to claim?

Winners must respond within 28 days. Unclaimed prizes may be re-drawn or donated to charity.

Can I choose cash instead of a prize?

Some competitions offer cash alternatives. This will be clearly stated in the competition details.

When will I receive my prize?

Physical prizes are dispatched within 7 working days. Cash prizes are transferred within 5 working days after verification.

Payments & Security

Is my payment secure?

Yes, all payments use SSL encryption and PCI-DSS compliant processors. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes, you'll receive an email receipt immediately after purchase with your order details and ticket numbers.

How do I view my tickets?

Log in and go to My Dashboard > My Tickets to see all your active and past tickets.

Can I update my account details?

Yes, go to My Dashboard > Settings to update your email, phone, address, and other details.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

Click "Login" then "Forgot Password" to receive a password reset link via email.
