Tickets & Entries
No, ticket numbers are assigned sequentially as they're sold. This ensures fairness and prevents number picking strategies.
Yes! You can enter any competition by postal entry. See our Free Entry page for complete instructions.
There's no maximum limit. You can buy as many tickets as you like to increase your chances of winning.
No, all ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or transferred.
Draws & Winners
Winners are pre-assigned using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) before any tickets are sold. This ensures complete fairness.
Odds depend on total tickets in each pool. For example, a pool with 1,000 tickets and 10 prizes gives you 1 in 100 odds per ticket.
Instant win: Immediately upon purchase. Scheduled draws: Results published at draw date/time, winners contacted within 24 hours.
Winning tickets are pre-assigned before ANY tickets are sold using certified RNG. We don't know which tickets will sell when.
Prizes & Claims
We'll contact you via email and phone within 24 hours to verify your details and arrange delivery or transfer.
Winners must respond within 28 days. Unclaimed prizes may be re-drawn or donated to charity.
Some competitions offer cash alternatives. This will be clearly stated in the competition details.
Physical prizes are dispatched within 7 working days. Cash prizes are transferred within 5 working days after verification.
